It's very important to us here at Really Cool Gifts to know that your gift recipient loves their gift. If for any reason they don't like the item after you've ordered it we promise to provide a refund or exchange for the item as long as it's returned to us in its original condition within 30 days. In this case you will be responsible for the return postage charge.

Please note we can only accept a return for personalised products if the item is faulty. Where this is the case we will send out a replacement or offer a refund for this order, including delivery.

We regret that we cannot offer returns on unwanted items that have been personalised. This is in line with the Long Distance Selling Regulations governing the sale of personalised products

With regards to cancellations, we can accept cancellation within 4 hours of an order being placed. After this time, items have generally been placed in production and we cannot accept cancellation requests.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Books with obvious signs of use, CDS, DVDS, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.

Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
